Dear AFT members, here's a notification of the next AFT meeting that will be held on the 21st of November 2009, Saturday. Most of you'll should be in attendence with most of the exams coming to an end except for the Uni students. Date: 21 Novemner 2009 (Saturday) Time: 6pm- 8pm Venue: CC conference Room Agenda: - Sameer resume post. Jason assistant. - Suady stepped down. Inform the committee of the above 2 matters. 1) Closure of SpookFest and 2nd Movie Marathon Financial Statement 2) Children's Camp Updates and Report (posters up, so far only 8 kids registered from Xishan Primary School. Ask AFT members to start calling kids they know from the previous camp. Saras is now in charge since Shanty has exams. Sathin is still assistant head for this project) 3) Project Heatzs Updates and Reportv (ask Ganesh is she wants to check if the aft members are interested in performing at the basking) 4) Open Mic Night Updates and Report (smaller scale. Push it to next year? Lack of project development. Does Isaac still want to run the project?) 5) Peter Pan sponsorship updates and casting Report 6) Countdown involvement (performing a dance. Not running the hip hop dance compeition. Isaac and Yoga to take charge. Not just a select few should dance. As many AFT members as possible. 5 minute dance performance. Must be vibrant and lively. Both to come up with the concept and the song and approach Saras before beginning rehearsals. Quaility check.) 7) Initiation of the 3rd Movie Marathon (19 December 2009) (ask someone to take charge. IT'S GONNA BE AN EXCITING MONTH FOR AFT AND I URGE THOSE NOT INVOLVED IN ANY OF THE ACTIVITIES, TO START CONSIDERING WHICH YOU MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN !!!!!!!!!!!!! And to those who think to take more than 2, STOP RIGHT THERE. Think carefully before you commit. I rather you put your effort into 1 or 2 events, give more and enjoy more than to over exert yourself in too many areas.
