Lightning Galore

So...I was awake till 4am this morning reading a novel that I just absolutely could not put down till I finished it. It was adventure and deceit all in one- a delicious reading that...

Anyways, as soon as I put the book away and switched off my room lights, I saw a flash of orange from the side of my eyes. So I climbed up to my bed (yes I have to climb up a ladder to reach my bloody bed) which is actually perfectly situated near the window. I had a clear view of the moon and.....LIGHTNING!!!!

It was awesome lol. I took a ten minute video of the skies and then called Prabs (Yeah....at 4am in the morning) to tell her to go see it as well. I'll post up the video later on today so for anyone who has the patience to sieve through those 10 minutes, good luck xD.

But it was really nice. Me on my cozy bed with the moon right there and flashes of spectacular orange and pink and red in the sky. What more could a girl ask for in the morning : )

And it came out in today's newspaper. It says that Singapore has been experiencing more thunder days than usual and that our little tiny red dot has one of the highest lightning count in the world. And ofcourse for those of us who read the news or watched it, you would have heard that the man who has evaded Singapore's police force for nearly a year has been captured in Malaysia. However, that capture was made six weeks ago but Singapore was only let known yesterday. *shrugs* At least he's caught....though I honestly think...ya know what I should just shut up right now.

But before I end this entry, I would like to provide a definition for a phrase you probably would have read constantly on the tagboard. Think of this as some form of urban dictionary XD.

CROO CROO- a noun, adjective and sometimes even a verb
The original expression used to fill up a period of awkward silence that either came after an odd comment or an entry of an odd action.
As a Noun: Wah! She's damn croo croo!
As a verb: Sally was croo crooed yesterday for making that silly comment.

CREEK CREEK- a noun, adjective and sometimes even a verb
The new and upgraded expression for the same reasons as above.

*warning*: Overuse of said expression will cause peals of uncontrollable laughter
